We fully stand behind our products. However, we understand that sometimes things can break. If your PRIME frame suffers a break due to manufacturing defects, rest assured that we will repair or replace it free of charge, provided you are the original owner.

CRASH REPLACEMENT - 5 YEARS

Did you push your bike too hard and lose control? We hope you're okay. Don't stress about your bike! Our crash replacement program is designed to keep your bike on two wheels. Simply send us the damaged frame part, and we will provide a replacement at a discounted price. Valid for original owners only.

AERO SEATPOST - NO QUESTIONS ASKED - 5 YEARS WARRANTY

Are you the original owner of a PRIME bike or a frame with a dedicated aero-style seatpost? If it broke during a crash, don’t worry. As the original owner, you are entitled to receive a replacement free of charge.

Please note that all the aforementioned services do not include shipping costs. Taxes and duties are also excluded. Local taxes and duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
