SHIPPING COSTS

EU COUNTRIES
The cost of shipping is calculated and displayed on the checkout page before you complete your order. The cost depends on your delivery address.
NON-EU COUNTRIES
Shipping cost to Non-EU countries is calculated on case by case basis. You will receive the information about shipping costs that need to be paid before your order will be dispatched. Shipments outside of the EU may occur additional charges depending on the final destination. Please note that Prime Bicycles does not cover additional charges (custom duties, tariffs, taxes, storage charges, penalties, etc.) for any shipments outside of the Europe Union. Prime Bicycles ships your order „Duties & Taxes Unpaid”.

PROCESSING TIMES

Estimated time of delivery is when your ordered goods will be ready to ship. Each Prime is assembled according to the customer’s preferences. You will find the estimated time of delivery after you configure your Prime. The date will be displayed during the checkout process and then included on the order confirmation sent by email.
Prime Bicycles uses one of the trusted and reliable shipping services to provide on-time and safe delivery. Our team works hard to process every order as quick as possible. After your order is collected by our shipping partner, please expect the following processing times:
GERMANY 2-5 Working days
EUROPE 3-12 Working days
WORLD WIDE 1-4 Weeks

TRACKING SERVICE

After your order has been dispatched we will provide you an email with the tracking number.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

Our bikes are delivered in a special box that guarantees maximum protection during shipping. Additionally, all of our deliveries are fully insured during transport.
After your delivery arrives, please make sure there are no external damages to the parcel.
sIn case of such situations, you should report the issue to the shipping service and to us immediately

RETURNS

If you have purchased one of the products directly on our website, you have the right to return it for any reason.
